My renovated, spacious apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is equipped to a high standard. It offers everything you could wish for: a very large and cozy balcony, a dishwasher, bathtub, etc.

We could still decide on certain furniture if someone wants to take over.

I would like to move towards the city center. Ideally, I am looking for a newly built/renovated 2/2.5-room apartment in districts 2,3,4,5,6 or 9 for a rent of about 2100 per month.
