The kitchen has a ceramic glass stove, dishwasher, and many cabinets. Both the kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2012.
The apartment is completely oriented towards two quiet neighborhood streets, only a little can be heard from the main street Albisriederstrasse. Very quiet. Large Coop, pharmacy, 2 gas station shops (5 min), Voi & tram station (2 min) on foot. GZ Bachwiesen with park and Üetliberg forest nearby.

3rd floor without elevator. Shared laundry room. Own cellar compartment.

We are also looking for something similar in the city or neighboring municipalities, with an open kitchen, sunny and balcony facing south :-) Timing is flexible in 2026/2027.
