My apartment is located in a very quiet and green area, yet it is central (15 min bike distance to HB, 8 min walk to Hubertus).
The apartment is modern (about 20 years old) and the two rooms are separated from the living room by sliding doors. When the sliding doors are kept open, a loft-like living feeling is created. In the very large window front, there is a cat door, which ideally would be taken over. (The place is great for cats anyway)
The apartment includes an underground parking space with e-charging station (which can also be sublet), a small, lovingly designed garden, a large cellar compartment, and a medium-sized storage room, which contains a washing machine and dryer (for sole use).
I am looking for a bright, similarly sized apartment with a large balcony, terrace, or garden (mandatory), up to a maximum of 2350.- including utilities. A view of some greenery and birds chirping on the balcony/terrace is urgently desired. Preferred areas are Albisrieden, Wiedikon, Wipkingen, Enge, (possibly Altstetten or Wollishofen). Also happy to consider old buildings (as long as there is a dishwasher). The bedroom must be quiet enough to sleep with an open window despite noise sensitivity. The apartment should be a maximum of 20 (human-powered) bike minutes from HB.
If there are less than 3 rooms, the layout of the apartment must allow for a separable office corner.
Ground floor would only be OK if the apartment is still very bright (on a slope, huge window fronts, or similar).
