Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity: Spar 250m and Denner 400m, Migros and Coop 4min, about 1km. Oerlikon train station 5min. Bus stop Oberwiesenstrasse and Birchdörfli

In return, I am looking for a 2- to 2.5-room apartment in Zurich - preferably also quiet, bright, and with a balcony or terrace, but basically I am open to anything that is lovingly maintained.
