The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from Manesseplatz and is great for shopping and public transport. Behind the house there is a small forest, which keeps it from getting too hot in summer. The street is a 30 km/h zone and it is really quiet; if needed, my outdoor parking space for 160.- can also be taken over. Pros:- Not hot in summer- Central yet quiet!- Nice neighbors- Pets allowed- Separate WC/shower Cons:- No own washing machine- No dishwasher (it would be possible to install one)- Forest side not very bright I am looking for: Preferably a loft or a slightly larger apartment than I have now in districts 1, 2, 3. Pets (dog) must be allowed and a parking space nearby would be great. I am not stressed about the search and am flexible with the dates.
