Apartment for rent - 8045 Zürich

Charming old apartment in K3 for something else ;) . The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from Manesseplatz and is great for shopping and public transport. Behind the house, there is a small forest which keeps it from getting too hot in the summer. The street is a 30 km/h zone and it is really quiet; if needed, my outdoor parking space can also be taken over for 160.-.

Pros:
- Not hot in summer
- Central yet quiet
- Nice neighbors
- Pets allowed
- Separate WC/shower

Cons:
- No own washing machine
- No dishwasher (it would be possible to install one)
- Forest side not very bright


I am looking for:
Preferably a loft or a slightly larger apartment than I currently have in districts 1, 2, 3. Pets (dog) must be allowed and a parking option nearby would be great. I am not in a hurry to find something and am flexible with the dates.
