We are dissolving our shared apartment at Wipkingerplatz, and I am looking for a central 2-2.5 room apartment. Our nearly 100 m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), a very large living-dining area, and a balcony. The apartment opens to the east onto a courtyard with many trees: In summer, a lot of greenery, very nice privacy, and the apartment does not heat up in summer. For that, you might need 1-2 more lamps ;)
