I offer my 3.5-room apartment in Zurich, District 10 for exchange. The apartment has an area of about 80 m². The rent is CHF 1500. I am looking for an apartment in Zurich with at least 3 rooms and a maximum rent of CHF 2500. The apartment is relatively old but also cheap and relatively large :)

There is a garden in the courtyard for shared use, but it has only been used by us and another party so far :)
