The location is simply perfect, the neighborhood is family-friendly, safe, and quiet, yet very central. Rent is 2500.- including heating and additional costs.My biggest dream is a fireplace, which is why I would be willing to swap my unique bargain apartment in the best location in Zurich for an apartment with a fireplace. Preferably in districts 6, 7, or 8, but not necessarily. Budget to be discussed (depends on the apartment).
