With a heavy heart, I would like to move out of my beautiful, bright 3-room apartment in Hottingen (District 7) between Lake Zurich and Zurichberg to find a new apartment closer to my workplace in the Oerlikon area.

The apartment has three rooms (12 m2, 18.5 m2, 36.5 m2) with large, south-facing windows. The living room is open and connected to the modern kitchen and offers direct access to the balcony, which is also south-facing and provides a view of greenery. The small room is separated from the living room by a sliding door.

The location is excellent: Several tram and bus lines are right outside the door, allowing you to reach all parts of the city in no time. By bike, you can reach the main train station, ETH, or the university in less than 10 minutes. Nature is also just around the corner - Zurichberg with its forests or the lake are only a few minutes away.
