Small but fine 3.5 room apartment between Kreuzplatz and Römerhof. It is an old building with charm. All rooms are lockable.

I had the dishwasher installed myself.

There is a garden seating area that is shared with the four parties. Great, uncomplicated neighbors. Plenty of storage space in the attic as well as in the basement, the washing machine is easily shared without a washing plan.

I am looking for either a 3.5-room apartment up to 2,300 in the city for a shared flat with my girlfriend.
