Large central old apartment in district 6, directly at ETH / University Hospital. On the 3rd floor with parquet, ceilings with stucco, kitchen with dishwasher, a balcony and a large roof terrace for shared use. The rent of 3500.- already includes the additional costs. The other residents of the house are very nice and a straightforward, respectful interaction is maintained.

I feel very comfortable here, but after 7 years I am looking for a change - therefore I am interested in either an apartment for myself (from 2.5 rooms, 55sqm up to about 2000 chf) or for a 2-person shared apartment (from 3.5 rooms, 85sqm up to 3000 chf or a bit more if everything fits).
