We are a young couple (24 & 28 years old) living in a bright, modern 3.5-room apartment (approx. 75 m²) in Dübendorf, just a few minutes from Stettbach train station.

Since we are looking for a cheaper 2-3 room apartment, we are offering our apartment under an official sublease agreement.

It has already been agreed with our landlord that we can take over the apartment again after a few (3-4) years – so it is a temporary sublease with a right of return.
