The apartment is located between Riffraff and Josefswiese, is extremely quiet and yet ideally close to restaurants, bars, cinema, main station, Coop, Migros, Limmatplatz, etc. The apartment is beautifully flooded with light with a wide view, as it is on the fourth floor (with elevator) and there are no other house walls in front of the windows. The kitchen (recently the stove, oven, refrigerator, etc. were renewed) and the living room each have their own balcony, with the balcony from the living room having sun all day/evening. A private cellar compartment with electricity is included. I prefer to look for an apartment with a view over Zurich or the lake (e.g. Wipkingen, Höngg) or something on the edge of the forest (e.g. Triemli, Friesenberg), but I am open.
