My bright and cozy 2.5-room apartment (49 m²) in the lively District 5 is looking for a new home as part of an apartment exchange. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the main train station.

I am looking for a larger apartment with at least 3 rooms and a minimum of 70 m² in a central location in Zurich. My budget is up to CHF 3,500 per month.
