Preferably, the exchange apartment is located in Enge/Wollishofen, Wiedikon, Ober-/Unterstrass, Hottingen, in Seefeld or still in District 5. In addition to charm, sufficient space, an elevator, and an outdoor area, we place great importance on a future residential location that is a bit quieter with correspondingly less direct traffic volume.
