My charming apartment, which has grown very dear to me, is located in a quiet residential area with very nice neighbors and a good community. The rooms are bright and friendly, in all rooms (except kitchen, bathroom, and hallway) about 3-meter high ceilings create a beautiful ambiance. The large terrace (about 2.5 x 5.8 m) offers plenty of space for plants and garden furniture. I am only moving because I need to downsize.
