A small, very practical nest in the middle of the city. You have a view all the way to ETH and right in front of you some soothing greenery (grass areas and trees from the neighboring houses). The neighbors are wonderful = uncomplicated and supportive if you ever need something/have a question. We have a house chat that you can join if you want. But it is not a must at all.
