The beautiful old apartment with parquet floor and high ceilings at Hartplatz was newly painted in 2023, has its own balcony and a shared rooftop terrace. The apartment is very large with three rooms, a shower and separate toilet, a large entrance area, as well as a large kitchen with gas stove. The apartment is larger than the pictures suggest :-) Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher, and a shared washing machine (but very uncomplicated). Very nice and uncomplicated management.
I am looking for a smaller apartment in a quiet environment - preferably Wipkingen/Höngg/Circle 6 but I am also open to other places. I primarily want to move because the apartment is too large for a single household (ideal for couples).
