The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2011. In addition to 4 closed rooms + closed kitchen, the apartment has a small toilet and a larger bathroom (with bathtub). The apartment also has 2 balconies. What convinced us when moving in was definitely the elongated balcony, which is significantly larger compared to the smaller city balconies. We have already had great barbecue evenings on it. We are looking for an apartment of a similar size, also with a "larger balcony", but with the hope of finding an apartment on this platform that has an open kitchen and ideally also a shower instead of a bathtub.
