Our apartment in the attic is truly a dream - it is almost perfect. Unfortunately, it is becoming too small for us over time and with our desire for children, it will not be affordable anymore. Therefore, we have decided to post an ad to see what offers are available on the market.
The 90 m² apartment in loft style has 3.5 rooms: two lockable bedrooms and a large, open living room. There is also a small bathroom with a shower and a kitchen (theoretically lockable, but we have removed the door, it is in the basement). The apartment is located in a quiet 30 zone.
The best thing about the apartment? Our almost 50 m² private roof terrace! The sunset up there is simply unbeatable and we spend an incredible amount of time outside. We have invested a lot: an irrigation system, numerous plants, pots, plant lighting for cozy summer evenings on the terrace, and even a pergola that we built ourselves - all of this MUST be taken over and of course has its price.
A parking space in the annex/garage can also be rented for 250.- (belongs to the same management).
Unfortunately, we have received a rent increase twice, but it may be that the interest rate decreases again. The price is as of now January 2025.
Now we are looking for a cheaper 3.5 to 4.5 room apartment in the city - ideally with a large balcony, garden, or even better, a private roof terrace.
We are interested in districts 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 and take our time to find the right offer. We are also open to Zollikon, Küsnacht, Herrliberg, Erlenbach, Meilen, Kirchberg, Thalwil, Wollishofen.
