Hey! I'm renting out my beautiful, cozy apartment for 2 months (from June 23rd to September 1st, 2025). It's a 2.5-room apartment with a balcony at Aemtlerstrasse 8003 ZH. The location offers sunshine all day long, and if you prefer some shade, the backyard invites you to linger. The Sihlfeld cemetery and the Fritschiwiese are in the immediate vicinity. A special plus of this apartment are the very nice neighbors: helpful, open and uncomplicated – you know and appreciate each other in the house. Those who appreciate a little liveliness and do not perceive the sound of a house full of life as a disturbance will feel completely at ease here. A personal wish: Since my plants are very dear to me, I would be very happy if the subtenant could lovingly care for them during my absence. Also, my apartment is very important to me overall. Some pieces of furniture have great value for me, which is why I ask for a deposit of 500 francs – as a sign of mutual trust and careful handling of the inventory.
