3.5 Room Renovated Old Building at Idaplatz

We have been living in this dream apartment for almost 10 years, which was renovated 1 year before we moved in. The bathroom and the kitchen with dishwasher are new and still very well maintained. The apartment has a small balcony facing Ämtlerstrasse.

And that is actually the only thing we are missing and the dream apartment should have: a larger balcony. For that, we are willing to go a bit smaller. However, we would still wish for the old building.
