Trade smaller for larger apartment in District 3!

I am looking for a modern apartment to exchange in Zurich District 3 from 65m2, up to a maximum of 2500 CHF and at least 3 rooms, balcony, bathtub & washing machine in the apartment.

I offer a great small 50m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony, modern kitchen, small living room and bedroom, small bathroom with bathtub, washing tower with an uncomplicated washing plan (2-3x/week possible) in the basement. Directly at Idaplatz/Lochergut, 1909 warm.
