2.5-room apartment in district 3 against a quieter neighborhood

I would like to exchange my charming, bright 2.5-room old apartment in a lively neighborhood in district 3 for an apartment in a quieter corner (preferably also district 3). The apartment is bright, has a small balcony, and very uncomplicated neighbors:-) The apartment is best suited for a single person. Washing is uncomplicated, without a washing plan. A rather small cellar compartment is available. The apartment is on the 4th floor, without an elevator, so including fitness training:-)
