Apartment for rent - 8003 Zürich

Well located flat with 2 rooms and balcony. It is between Coop and Migros in Schmidie Wiedikon, 2 mins walk to tram 14 & 9 and several other busses. It is not renovated and there is no dishwasher. Morning and evening sun are in the apartment, the light is good except corridor. The rent is very decent considering the location. I would like to upgrade hence looking for a renovated flat. I would need to sell some furniture as i wont be able to move them. Furniture part will be discussed.
