If you feel like something "green", the Aemtlerpark is directly across the street. The bus stop "Bertastrasse" is right at the front door. The apartment has 2 balconies. One facing the courtyard (morning sun) and the other facing the street (evening sun). The house has a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. Completely uncomplicated. I am looking for an apartment that is larger, as I want to move in with my partner. It should be in districts 3, 4, 5, or 8 (or nearby). It should have at least 3.5 rooms and must have a balcony or terrace.
