As we are downsizing, we are offering a 3-room apartment with a large balcony in district 3, one minute from the beautiful Idaplatz.

It is 70 sqm in size and costs 2700 CHF rent.

I hope for an exchange with a smaller apartment up to 2200 CHF in Zurich.

There is a washing machine, dryer, complete kitchen inventory. A partial takeover of the furniture would be important. Dogs must be allowed.
