We have a spacious old building apartment with beautiful parquet floors for exchange. A large balcony in the kitchen, a French balcony in the dining room, a shared roof terrace, an attic and a cellar compartment. Toilet and bathroom are separate, there are three bedrooms plus the large dining room. Pets are allowed, the neighborhood is very nice and attentive, surrounded by a 30 zone.
