In the last 5 years, the apartment has been used alone, as a shared flat, and as a couple, and has been super suitable for all forms. The bedroom and living room face the courtyard and are very quiet, a small balcony faces the Waffenplatzstrasse and is also rather quiet due to the one-way street for Zurich. Sihlcity is reachable within 7 minutes on foot and also the Enge train station. Bus 72 is reachable within 1 minute walking distance. The neighbors (a total of 8 parties) are very friendly and we all maintain a friendly relationship. There is a shared laundry room (without a fixed schedule, but with a house WhatsApp for emergencies) and a large shared garden for all parties. There is also a storage room in the basement as well as in the attic for the apartment.
