It features a separate bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm), which can be combined into a double bed upon request. The spacious sofa bed in the living area (160x200 cm, with slatted frame) accommodates two additional people. For families with small children, a baby bed is also available.

The open kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, dishwasher, freezer, Nespresso machine with milk frother, kettle, toaster, soda steamer, and much more. A washing machine with integrated dryer is also available to make longer stays comfortable.

A reserved outdoor parking space is located directly in front of the house (marked with LEBENSWERK Home). The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation, dogs are welcome. Towels and bed linen are provided.
