Beautiful new apartment in a historic building at Rümelinsplatz

We are looking for new tenants starting from October 1st for our beautiful loft-style apartment in a historic building at Rümelinsplatz. The apartment is a 2.5-room apartment, but has various niches that can all be used as living areas. We have set up the large entrance area as a living room, from there a ladder leads up to the office or storage space with a view of the sky.
