ROOM FOR RENT IN MENDRISIO (CITY CENTER)

For students or workers: already furnished room with 1 double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and TV with subscription, wifi included and small sink. All additional expenses are included (electricity, heating, hot and cold water). We have 4 independent rooms (usually 4 students in total) and two bathrooms. A common space is available with a small kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and wifi. The rooms are available from 1.04.2025 for a minimum of six months. The rental guarantee deposit amounts to 3 monthly rents for annual contracts, for shorter contracts, to be agreed upon. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
