Is it still possible? An affordable 3.5 room apartment? My husband (60) and I (58) are looking for a 3.5 room apartment, possibly a 4.5 room apartment, which is still affordable even in retirement. We would like to spend our retirement in a (preferably but not necessarily) ground floor or attic apartment (with elevator). We are non-smokers, have no pets, and do not play any instruments.
