Bright 2.5-Room Apartment

I'm leaving for a temporary, overseas research visit, and looking for someone clean and responsible to look after my apartment for the duration of my absence from 31 July until 30 January (6 months). No extensions.

The spacious apartment is 2.5 rooms (1 separate bedroom), has a living / dining / kitchen in one space, and a large balcony. Washing and drying machines are in the apartment. It is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator and has a very nice view of the area. The space is very bright ...
