Four shared rooms are for rent in a 6.5-room apartment (approx. 180 m2). The apartment is located in an old town house in the center of Lucerne and has a lot of charm (old parquet, stucco, etc.)

Shared rooms:
- four friendly and bright rooms (area: between 22 m2 - 30 m2)
- apartment distributed over three floors and thus a lot of privacy
For shared use:
- extraordinary large living room with skylight
- another room for shared use
- kitchen with the usual household appliances (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator)
- combined bathtub/shower and toilet
- two more separate toilets
- own washing machine and dryer

We are looking for four people who would like to start a shared flat in the apartment. Please also register if you don't have a roommate yet.

The rent is CHF 810.- net per person per month, with additional costs at CHF 880.-
(Total rent of the apartment per month net CHF 3'240.-, additional costs at CHF 280.-)

Start of rent: earliest June 1, 2024
