4.5 Room Apartment

The apartment has been continuously renovated and is rented to quiet interested parties, ideal for 1 - 2 people (without children). Non-smokers and locals are preferred. We are looking for long-term tenants. Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, the apartment is rented with a fixed minimum rental period of 2 years. If needed, a parking space or garage can be rented additionally. An extract from the debt collection register must be attached to the application.
