From November 16, 2025, or by arrangement, we are renting a sunny 3.5-room apartment in a family-friendly development in Hombrechtikon. The apartment features parquet flooring in the entrance area and in the living/dining room. The two bedrooms are fitted with easy-care laminate. The bathroom has a bathtub, double sink, and a large mirror cabinet. The fixed installed glass shower wall allows for showering in the bathtub at the same time.
The open kitchen offers storage space through spacious cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic cooktop, oven, and a large refrigerator with an integrated freezer. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. However, the connections are available. Tenants have the option to install a dishwasher themselves.
The apartment includes a personal cellar compartment. An outdoor parking space can be rented for CHF 50.00 per month. Additionally, a car box is available for CHF 130.00 per month if needed. The keeping of dogs and cats is not permitted in the properties of the Sunehalde housing cooperative.
The property is centrally located in Hombrechtikon. Shopping facilities (Migros, Volg, Denner Satellite) as well as post offices and banks are within walking distance. Schools (primary and secondary levels) as well as kindergartens and various other offers for families are also easily accessible on foot. The local recreation area around Lake Lützelsee offers plenty of space for relaxation and leisure activities in nature.
Please note that due to the cooperative principle, the apartment is not rented to individuals. Small families are preferred.
