After the complete renovation of the multi-family house on a hillside, we are renting several top-renovated 2-room apartments.
All apartments have a bright, modern, open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, some also with a bathtub. In the entrance area and in the bedroom, there are large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. TV and telephone connections as well as sockets at all important locations are available. Each apartment also has a storage room.
The utility cost flat rate includes, among other things, the electricity costs of the apartment and the TV connection.
In the basement, there are laundry rooms equipped with washing machines, dryers, and Secomat. Right in front of the property, there is the possibility to rent a parking space for CHF 50.--/month.
The transport connection at the traffic junction Egerkingen is excellent. You can reach Bern, Basel, Zurich, and Lucerne in about half an hour's drive. The shopping options in Egerkingen are countless. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth. The versatile local recreation area at the foot of the Jura invites you to walk and linger.
The minimum rental period is 3 months. A surcharge of CHF 300.00 (flat rate) applies for 1-3 months. Cleaning flat rates are due before moving in and vary between CHF 200.- to 550.- one-time.
