Looking for a new tenant for a bright large apartment with lake and mountain views

We are looking for a new tenant starting October 1, 2026, for a large, modern newly built apartment in the Avalon Richterswil development.

The photos are of a 3.5-room apartment. The kitchen and the rooms of the 4.5-room apartment are significantly larger.

Note: the SOB railway line runs close to the residential complex (which did not bother us, however).
