The house is built using ecological methods, with rainwater harvesting, an air-water heat pump, and a smaller PV system. Residents have access to a large communal room, and the garden is shared. The community that has formed there manages itself through a house association. A large part of the tasks are carried out by the residents themselves. A prerequisite for renting the apartment is a willingness, interest and readiness to actively participate in the communal living arrangement and commitment to self-management tasks.
