We are renting a studio (No. 2) in the cluster apartment/shared living for older people in Stein / AG, who are too young for a nursing home but do not want to live alone at home anymore. On the ground floor, there is also the Salina physiotherapy and therapy center and the IAVO medical practice.

In the studio, a personal television can be installed, and a landline telephone will also be provided.

The studio has a small kitchen, private shower-toilet, and a room, with a total area of about 26m2. Each studio has its own balcony.

From Monday to Sunday, lunch is freshly prepared by professional staff (mandatory appointment for all residents), and the beds are made every day. The professionals are on-site for 3 hours at a time and also clean the common areas. Each day, one studio is cleaned (floors damp mopped, wet cell cleaned, and kitchen work surface wiped).

A large common room, with nice furnishings such as a sofa, coffee table, and large television, allows residents to come together so that life does not have to take place only in the studio. If you need further assistance in daily life, Spitex can offer you additional services, which will be billed separately.

Residents can organize their daily routine according to their preferences.

For every 3 studio residents, a laundry tower is available.

The total costs (rent, ancillary costs in advance, cleaning, and 7 x lunch) amount to CHF 2,100.00 per resident and studio per month.

In the courtyard, benches provide the opportunity to linger, as does the shared balcony.
