In a family-friendly, sunny, and central residential area, we are renting a large 3.5-room apartment on the 1st floor in a well-maintained property:

- open, modern kitchen with ceramic glass cooktop, high oven, plenty of storage space, dishwasher, work/storage surfaces in granite, and windows

- sunny balcony

- parquet floors => carpet in bedrooms will be replaced by parquet

- floor tiles: kitchen, bathroom, and separate WC

- bathroom with bathtub, sink, and WC as well as wall tiles...
