I am subletting my 1.5 room apartment in Bassersdorf Zurich, as I am going on a trip. The subletting can start from 01.06.2025. The apartment can be rented until the end of November 2025 (with extension option or even the possibility to take over the apartment). A garage parking space is included in the rental price.
The apartment itself was built in 2019 and is in a well-maintained condition. It is designed to a modern standard and has a balcony. There is a laundry room that only two parties (out of five) use. Therefore, it offers many free opportunities to wash. There is no washing schedule. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The apartment is rented fully furnished. There is a large wardrobe and various other storage options available. The basement compartment will not be available, as my belongings will be stored there for the duration.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the center of Bassersdorf. There is a pharmacy, laundry, Coop, Migros, Denner, and many other shops. The apartment is very well connected by public transport (20 minutes to Zurich main station or 10 minutes to Zurich airport).
An official rental agreement will be created between the parties.
