Rental of a 4 ½ room cooperative apartment

The apartment is approx. 80m2 and is located on the sunny 1st floor in a beautiful location directly on the Ergolz. There is a large balcony with a view of the Ergolz, which can be accessed from two rooms, as well as a smaller balcony on the front of the house. There is also a cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar.
