This quietly located and lovingly maintained multi-family house is an older converted single-family house, with a beautiful garden layout. Despite acoustic insulation measures that were implemented during the renovation, the common passing of residents is not inaudible in the house. Therefore, not too sensitive and not too loud-speaking residents are sought for the further preservation of the pleasant family multi-family house occupancy.
The ancillary costs are not included in the rent. These will be calculated with an additional monthly advance payment (currently approx. CHF 180.--/month). The actual ancillary cost settlement takes place once a year.
A rental deposit for 3 months including ancillary costs (CHF 5,040.--) is required. This can be done via a blocked account or rental insurance with annual documentation submission.
Long-term rental intentions are preferred.
Currently, we are not renting any of the available garage spaces. Currently, both garage halves are occupied. In the case of an application for this, we will check the possibility of renting them and will offer them separately. The blue zone is available in front of the house.
Storage space for bicycles must be checked and determined.
