!Temporary rental! We are renting our dream, modern basement apartment from January 1, 2026, to March/April 2026 (by arrangement). It is a furnished, fully equipped 2.5-room apartment in a two-family house with a bedroom, living room with dining area + kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. In the living area, there is an exit to your own garden seating area with terrace including lounge. The apartment is equipped with top-modern air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas, which can both cool and heat. All ancillary costs are included in the gross rent, such as electricity, water, internet, stairwell cleaning, general fees, Smart TV including Netflix, etc. An outdoor parking space directly in front of the house is also included in the rent. If needed, a mailbox/bell can be labeled and used. We are also happy to lend you towels and bed linen. A washing machine and a tumbler are available for shared use in the basement.
