With a total of four 2½-room apartments and one 3½-room penthouse, we offer modern-nostalgic living. The apartments are directly accessible from the underground garage, and each apartment is served by the lift in the stairwell. Each ground floor apartment has its own outdoor seating area, the upper floor apartments have balconies and/or terraces, and the penthouse has been designed with a weather-protected loggia.

All roof windows are from Velux, electrically and manually operable in the apartment, with sun protection roller blinds, in the storage building only manually without sun protection.
