Apartment for rent - 1907 Saxon

Hello,

I am a mother of two young children (in shared custody).
We live in a 5 and a half room apartment.
I am looking for someone to share our accommodation, so there would be a room with a bathroom available and of course access to the common areas. The room will be emptied, so it will be up to you to furnish it.

We prefer a calm person and if possible a girl.
But I will consider any proposal.
