Viewings:
Appointments will be arranged individually. Please provide 2-5 suggestions if interested: Appointments are possible on weekdays from around 6 PM and also during the day on weekends.
Living:
High-quality apartment (2006) in a completely renovated old building. Shopping facilities and access to public transport in immediate proximity. Good connections, e.g., to Brüggmoos or Bözingenfeld (car and public transport).
Spacious, bright main room with living kitchen.
Sunny terrace on the south side.
Built-in wardrobes in room 1 and 2 (see floor plan).
Bicycle cellar, attic, and green areas for shared use.
Additional Information:
Rental preferably to non-smokers.
Pets: upon request and with additional contract.
Up to two parking spaces in front of the house can be rented additionally. CHF 55.- per parking space per month.
Communication and contract are in German. Translation assistance is used by the tenants at their own risk. If the following assistance task is taken over, knowledge of German is a prerequisite. In this case, translation assistance is excluded.
The mentioned rental conditions apply if the new tenants provide help for property management.
The help can be completely or partially waived, and the rent will then increase as described below.
For the help, the rent will be reimbursed in two parts. Part 1 occurs monthly for ongoing small tasks (e.g., printing and hanging documents) and Part 2 for two slightly larger administrative tasks to be completed at the end of January and early April. Details upon request.
Reimbursed per month CHF 105.- (Part 1) and CHF 600.- for the tasks in January and April upon good completion (Part 2)
Expenses against receipt. The task will be regulated in a separate contract. Without help after Part 1 and Part 2, the net rent is CHF 1490.-, and the additional costs remain CHF 210.- in advance.
