Viewings:
Appointments are arranged individually. Please provide 2-3 suggestions if interested: Appointments are possible on weekdays from around 6 pm and also during the day on weekends.

The mentioned rental conditions apply if the new tenants provide assistance with property management. For this, the rent will be partially reimbursed. This is done approximately half per month for ongoing small tasks (e.g., printing and hanging up documents) and for two slightly larger administrative tasks to be completed at the end of January and the beginning of April. Details on request.
CHF 105.- will be reimbursed per month, as well as CHF 600.- each for the January and April work if completed satisfactorily.
Expenses against receipt. The task will be regulated in a separate contract. Without this commitment, the net rent is CHF 1490.-, the additional costs remain 210.- advance payment
